Fasili Boniphace

Fasili Boniphace

is an experienced Management Consultant, development practitioner with a pro-social personality. He trains in business management and entrepreneurship. He also practices business coaching and mentorship especially for start-up enterprises. Fasili possess over 8 years of business experience in supporting start-up and early stage growth-oriented enterprises through entrepreneurship development, business development services (BDS), project design and management. Fasili has authored three books on self-development strategies, youth employability and entrepreneurship.

is the founder of Tintobi Agribusiness Limited. Tintobi Agribusiness deals with horticulture. They don’t just produce fruits but also sell them in the cheapest price where everybody is able to afford. Apart from that they were able to give employment to   more than 10 youths and more than 5 women. Where the women supply vegetables door to door and the youth’s farm.

is a project coordinator at True Maisha Training Co. Limited.  He is the founder of LGBY (Let God Be You) foundation which was found in 2010. He once was an intern in business management at Enzi Hair from May to July 2017, also worked as an intern in financial management at African Leadership Academy from May to July 2017. He has also been a project coordinator at Kujali International.

Musa Kamata

Musa Kamata

is a Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Sahara Ventures, He has six years of experience as a project management practitioner with entrepreneurial skills in ICT and diverse background in socio-economic empowerment programs. Mr. Kamata has vast working experience with international organizations including HIVOS, World Bank Group, MAVC implementing projects including Energy Change Lab, Negawatt Challenge & Hatua Project respectively. He has also worked as a Hub Manager at Buni Innovation Hub under The Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology.

is a multi-talented, dynamic, entrepreneur, community organizer, presenter, environmentalist, youth activist, cyclist campaigner, avid cyclist and artist-painter. He holds a BA Hons in Economics and Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam and currently is in senior MBA Conservation year at African Leadership University and has worked with an impressive variety of organizations. He is co-founder of Afri roots Adventures which is an eco-tourism company. He has spoken widely around the world includes United Nations and many prominent universities like Harvard to mention but few. He is passionate on environment and he believes in youth empowerment and self-employment approach.
