The Tujenge TZ Innovation Challenge seeks to find 25 ambitious and driven Social Entrepreneurs and Innovators from different sectors, working to improve conditions of their communities in a sustainable manner.

You will get the unique chance of being part of a robust training in social entrepreneurship that will give you the information and tools you need to take your business to the next level.

that will walk with you in your journey
You will also get access to a carefully designed mentorship program that will link you to a successful social entrepreneur who will walk with you in your career path and share valuable experiences and insight that will help you become effective leader and change maker
ELIGIBILTY
- Applicant must be a Tanzanian Citizen living in Tanzania.
- Applicant must be between 18 to 35 years of age.
- Applicant must submit a "Social Enterprise" idea that has been in operation for over 1 year.
- Applicant's enterprise must be operating in the Dar Es Salaam Region.
- The enterprise must have at least 1 person working on a full-time basis. This may also be the founder and does not necessarily refer to staff.
- Applications from all sectors: Industry, trade, health, arts, education, agriculture, technology, Finance e.t.c. are welcome.
*Female Social Entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply

Who we are | The Partnership
The Tujenge TZ Innovation Challenge is a partnership between Unleashed Africa and TrueMaisha and the Hanns Seidel Foundation who have come together on a mission to contribute to the growth of the social enterprise ecosystem in Tanzania by actively building the capacity of Social Entrepreneurs.
